The NEW DUE DATE for WATER BILLS will now be the 15th of every month. The shut off date will remain the same date of the 24th.

Coffee with the Mayor will be on March 27, at 8am at City Hall.   

City council meeting will be held on Thursday, March 26th, at 6pm.

Trout Fest is scheduled for Saturday, May 2nd. More information to follow.

It is time to register your golf carts at City Hall. The cost is $12.

Don't forget to register your pets at Cotter City Hall. Bring a copy of their vaccinations.

Cotter River Trail will be closed for 4-6 weeks starting 2/16.

CVFD will have a Chili Lunch & Auction Fundraiser on Sat. March 7th at 11:30 at Cotter Fire Dept.

Cotter city wide yard sale will be held Sat & Sun, April 17th-18th. You do not require a permit for this yard sale. 

Cotter Large Item Pick-up will be on Monday, April 20th. Please don't put your items at the curb until the weekend before. If Methvin does not get it picked up on Monday, they will come back on Tuesday. 

Per Ordinance 2024-01, the water rates will increase 4% to cover yearly cost of operational and maintenance increases. The new water rates are $21.69 for 1st 1,000gl and $18.31 ea. additional 1,000gl. The new sewer rate is $7.29 per 1,000gl. This will go in to affect this billing cycle.

To register:

• Before you begin, make sure you have your current bill in hand because you must enter your name and account information exactly as it appears on the bill. (If any information is incorrect, you must contact your utility office through their preferred method.)
• To begin the registration process, click the Register link. However, this will not allow you to see your bill until the utility company does your next billing. After you submit your registration, you will receive an email where you must click the link to activate your account. At this point, you can login to your account and view your balance (but not your bill yet).
• After the next billing, you will receive an email notifying you that your bill is ready to be viewed.
• Once you have received your first bill, you can click the link and login with your email address and password to view your bill. If you wish, you can pay your bill from your account screen.

 When you sign up for Online Billing Services you will receive a monthly email notification when your bill is ready for viewing.  No more bills to file or shred!!  Simply register for Online Billing Services and you will have instant access to your account information.

(Please be aware that you will not receive a paper bill. 

However, you will be able to print a copy of your bill from the website.)
