The NEW DUE DATE for WATER BILLS will now be the 15th of every month. The shut off date will remain the same date of the 24th.

The speed limit is 15mph on N. Section Line Rd. for all traffic, including school traffic.

The burn-ban has been lifted. Please do not burn with winds higher than 5 mph. 

The 2nd Annual Down Syndrome Awareness BBQ Cookoff will be held on 10/4. A tree will be planted on this day as an Arbor Day Proclamation along with Tree City USA in honor of Down Syndrome Awareness month. 

Cotter will host its Annual Block Party on Saturday, Oct. 25th at Cotter City Hall from 4-7pm. This is a potluck. You may bring sides. Hamburgers & hotdogs will be provided. 

Ordinance 2019-4 states that loose dogs/animals are not allowed in the city limits of Cotter. They must be on their own property at all times unless when on a leash with their owner. This also states that the owner must license the animal with proof of vaccinations at the City of Cotter every year. 

Ordinance 2019-05 states that Pitbulls and/or vicious breeds of dogs/animals are not allowed in the city limits of Cotter.

To register:

• Before you begin, make sure you have your current bill in hand because you must enter your name and account information exactly as it appears on the bill. (If any information is incorrect, you must contact your utility office through their preferred method.)
• To begin the registration process, click the Register link. However, this will not allow you to see your bill until the utility company does your next billing. After you submit your registration, you will receive an email where you must click the link to activate your account. At this point, you can login to your account and view your balance (but not your bill yet).
• After the next billing, you will receive an email notifying you that your bill is ready to be viewed.
• Once you have received your first bill, you can click the link and login with your email address and password to view your bill. If you wish, you can pay your bill from your account screen.

 When you sign up for Online Billing Services you will receive a monthly email notification when your bill is ready for viewing.  No more bills to file or shred!!  Simply register for Online Billing Services and you will have instant access to your account information.

(Please be aware that you will not receive a paper bill. 

However, you will be able to print a copy of your bill from the website.)
